We read every public review across the full set and classify each one into themes — programming, instructors, scheduling, pricing, atmosphere, results. Themes are weighted by sentiment and recency.

MOATS, GAPS, THREATS

Where you're winning, losing, and being chased

A moat is a theme your members praise more than the set average. A gap is the inverse — a theme competitors are winning on. A threat is a competitor whose review velocity is climbing in the last 90 days.

ACTIONS

Three moves anchored to the research

Three moves are surfaced from the largest moat-gap deltas. Each is anchored to a peer-reviewed retention citation so the recommendation isn't pulled from a hat.
